Today the European Union also adopted the following Regulations introducing freezing measures towards designated natural and legal persons:
- Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/1438, implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/2642 concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia’s destabilizing activities;
- Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/1444, implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/1485 concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in Russia;
